Runner, IT nerd, reader, traveler, cat/hamster/human parent.

I started running in fifth grade track, and except for the few glorious years of college freedom I haven't stopped since. Now solidly into my early thirties and working at home due to Covid, my body's "Maintenance Required" indicator has started to light up with increasing frequency, in the form of sore muscles, waking up with a bad neck/back, groaning when I get off the floor, and other joys that I thought "The Olds" were making up.
